Day 1  DEPARTURE CITY – BANGKOK

Departure according to flights scheduled to Bangkok. Overnight on board.

Day 2 BANGKOK

Arrival at Bangkok International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free at your disposal. In the evening we will have the possibility of an optional traditional Tai dinner at Silom Village (18:00 to 22:00). the dinner is designed as a traditional Thai dinner (water and drinks not included). Accommodation in Bangkok.

Day 3 BANGKOK

After breakfast we will visit three of the most impressive temples in the city: Wat Trimitr, on the outskirts of Chinatown, Wat Pho, the oldest temple Bangkok, there we can see the magnificent statue of the reclining Buddha and the first school of traditional medicine. After visiting the Temple we can buy some crafts and local products. Free afternoon. Or we can go for an optional Walk Tour to Chinatown and khlongs (13.00 – 17.00).

Finally, guests climb aboard a boat for a fascinating journey through the canals of Bangkok – another magical way to experience the local life in the Thai capital. The tour ends at the spectacular temple Wat Arun. Accommodation in Bangkok.

Day 4 BANGKOK

Breakfast at the hotel and free day at your disposal. or we can go for an optional tour to Maeklong and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market (0830 – 1330). The day begins with a stop at a local train station to make a trip on a regional train to an incredible market that arises on the same tracks. Then we will visit the floating market of Damnoen Saduak and a boat tour through the canals. .Note: Optional rowing boat ride with an extra charge of THB 500 per boat (4 people max.).
Or we can go for another optional tour to Ayutthaya (08.00 – 17.00), there we can see some temples and ruins. First stop will be at Bang Pa-In to see the summer palace which has been built by King Rama IV. We will also visit the Wat Niwet Thammaprawat, it is a Gothic temple situated on the banks of Chao Phraya River. Lunch at a local restaurant and later we will visit the most important temple in the historical park. After that we will return to Bangkok. Note: Lunch is included in the optional tour. Accommodation in Bangkok.

Day 5 Bangkok – Chiang Rai

After breakfast at the hotel, we will be transferred to Bangkok airport to board our flight to Chiang Rai.
Suggested Flight: TG2130 (Thai Airways) from Bangkok the flight will take off at 08.20 and the arrival to Chiang Rai will be at 0940. Arrival in Chiang Rai and transfer to Golden Triangle area of see where are Thailand, Laos and Myanmar and the Mekong River unified. Later we will go for a boat ride on the Mekong River and there we will visit the Opium Museum. Lunch at a local restaurant. On the way back to Chiang Rai we will have a stop to visit the village by one of the tribes of the mountains.

Day 6 Chiang Rai – Chiang Mai

In the morning we will go to visit the mysterious Black House, known as Baan Dam, it is a set of monuments and works created by the enigmatic artist Thawan Duchanee. Then we will stop at the monument King Mengrai in the city of Chiang Rai. On the road to Chiang Mai we will make a last stop at the majestic Wat Rong Khun, known as the White Temple.
Arrival at the hotel and rest of the day free at your disposal. Accommodation in Chiang Mai.

Day 7 Chiang Mai

Pick up at the hotel and transfer through the picturesque valley of Mae Sa to an elephant camp, located in a beautiful area of ​​jungle. One of the highlights of the visit is to see the elephants taking their bath in the stream before starting the day. We can take the opportunity to feed them bananas or sugar cane. Before returning to Chiang Mai where we will visit an orchid farm. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon we will visit the ancient and modern city of Chiang Mai, including its old wall, its gates, moat, eclectic markets, residential areas, foreign consulates, government buildings and Thapae Road, one of the main streets Chiang Mai. After that we will be transferred to Doi Suthep mountain for a visit to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. Built in 1384, it is the most sacred temple in northern Thailand. From there we can admire a fantastic view of the city. Free time to enjoy the serenity of the ancient Wat Jed Yod with its seven stupas and Wat Suan Dok where are buried the ashes of the royal family of Chiang Mai.
We can go for an optional dinner to discover Chiang Mai Night Dinner (17:00 to 21:00). The evening begins at a local temple where the monks gather for their nightly chants. Guests can take part in this sacred ritual with incense and candles, to guarantee an unforgettable mystical experience. Dinner will be at the stunning Rachamankha, inspired by the structure of the ancient Chinese patios, with a menu of delicious dishes Lanna, Burmese and Shan before a transfer to the colorful market Waroros. This bustling night market is the center of local life in Chiang Mai. The market offers a nice mix of colors, sounds and smells.  (water and drinks not included in dinner). Day 8 Chiang Mai – Siem Reap

Breakfast at the hotel. Ccheck out and transfer to Chiang Mai airport to board our flight to Siem Reap.
Arrival in Siem Reap. At the airport, the visa will be processed upon arrival. Transfer to the hotel.
Recommended flights: arrival in the morning before 13.00hrs.

Note: If passengers arrive after 13:00, you can not join the tour in the afternoon (non-refundable), we offer dinner at lunch time at no additional cost.
Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, we will have an introduction to the history of the area with a guided tour of the modern Angkor National Museum. Then we will visit the workshops of Les Artisans d’Angkor center, a center of support for the country’s traditions since 1952 that helps young people to find work in their villages practicing traditional arts. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 9 SIEM REP

After breakfast we will visit the Tonle Sap. There we will take a boat to the village Chong Kneah to learn about the life of the fishing villages of the lake. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon we will go to see the main temples of Roluos such as Bakong, Preah Koh and Lolei. Then we will go for ride to discover the fields and villages of the area. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 10 SIEM REAP

After breakfast we will be transferred to the big city of Angkor Tom. The visit will include the famous temples of Bayon, Baphuon, the Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of King Leperoso.
Later we will visit the most photographed temple, Ta Prohm, built between the mid-twelfth century and early thirteenth century. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will go by Tuk-Tuk to visit the largest temple in the area: Angkor Wat. Built in the twelfth century, the temple covers over 210 hectares and is distributed between galleries, columns, libraries, pavilions, patios, ponds, and offers some beautiful carvings that tell the story of Ramayana and daily life in the time of the construction of Angkor . We will end the day with a visit to Pre Rup Temple, known as the mountain temple. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 11 SIEM REP – HOME

Breakfast at hotel. Free morning until the time of the transfer to the airport for your return flight back home.

Day 12 HOME

Arrival home. End of trip and our services.
