Cairo – Brothers Islands – The Aida and the Railway Wreck, on the slopes of Big Brother

Day 1: Cairo

Departure according to the arranged flights to Cairo.

Arrival to Cairo Airport, transfer to the hotel and overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 2:  Cairo

You will be able to spend the morning at the Egyptian Museum, to see the treasures of Tutankhamun, amongst other fascinating pharaonic remains. Afternoon visit to the Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus, as well as the Sphinx and Valley Temple. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 3 to Day 9: Hurghada

Transfer to Cairo Airport, to take a flight to Hurghada. Boarding a Deluxe diving boat (Full Board), for a seven-day diving safari amongst the colorful marine life, caves and walls that turn the southern part of the Red Sea into a unique diving paradise.

The Brothers Islands, which consist on the exposed tips of two massive reef pillars, known as Big Brother and Little Brother, offer some incredible diving. Sheer vertical walls with amazing coral growth, soft corals, gorgonians, black corals and rich fish life are present everywhere. The variety of fish includes jacks and snappers, turtles, white-tip and gray reef sharks and hammerheads. Two ship wrecks, the Aida and the Railway Wreck, rest on the slopes of Big Brother. They are completely covered with soft corals and are full of life.

Day 10: Hurghada-Cairo

Disembarkation in the afternoon, and transfer to Hurghada Airport to take a flight to Cairo. Check in at the hotel, and overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 11: Cairo

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for departure back home.
