Day 1 Departure city -Santiago de Chile

Departure flight to Santiago de Chile. Overnight on board.

Day 2 Santiago de Chile

Arrival at Santiago de Chile airport. Transfer to the hotel. Free time. In the afternoon, we will visit Santiago: there we will walk through the center visiting the Cathedral and the Government Palace “La Moneda”. Also we will go for a tour of the main streets of the old city, crossing the bohemian neighborhood of Bellavista. Accommodation.

Day 3 Santiago de Chile-Punta Arenas

Breakfast. Free morning. Departure flight to Punta Arenas. Accommodation.

Day 4 Punta Arenas-Cruise “Australis”

Breakfast. At 18 hour more or less we will check into our ship, there we will have welcome cocktail drink. The ship will cross Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. Dinner. Overnight on board.

Day 5 Cruise “Australis” (Bahía Ainsworth – Islotes Tuckers)

Today we will continue navigating through Almirantazgo, until arriving nearby Marinelli Glacier in Ainsworth Bay.. Then we will walk to discover a dam in the marvelous Magellanic forest. After lunch we will visit Tuckers Islets, where Magellanic penguins and Cormorants. (In September and April this excursion is replaced by Brookes Bay, where we will walk near the glacier). Dinner. Full board. Overnight on board.

Day 6 Cruise “Australis”(Glaciar Pia – Avenida de Los Glaciares)

We will sail along the northwest arm of the Beagle Channel to enter Pia Fjord and will disembark near the glacier of the same name. Excursion to a lookout point that offers excellent conditions for viewing the mountain range. After that we will continue sailing under the majestic gaze of the “Avenue of the Glaciers”. Full board. Overnight on board.

Day 7 Cruise”Australis” (Cabo de Hornos – Bahia Wulaia)

Today we will sail through the Murray Channel and Nassau Bay to reach the P.N. Cape Horn, disembarking if weather conditions will permit. In the afternoon we will disembark in Bay Wulaia, historical site of one of the settlements of the Yamana natives. We will reach a viewpoint, walking through the Magellanic forest. Dinner. Full board. Overnight on board.

Day 8 Cruise “Australis”-Ushuaia

Arrival in Ushuaia. Breakfast and landing at 08 H 30 we will visit National Park Tierra del Fuego. Rest of the day free on your disposal. Accommodation.

Día 9 Ushuaia-Calafate

Breakfast. Flight departure to Calafate. Accommodation.

Día 10 Calafate (Glaciar Perito Moreno)

Breakfast. Excursion to Perito Moreno Glacier, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.  Accommodation.

Día 11 Calafate-Puerto Natales

Breakfast. Departure by regular bus to the border with Chile, to continue to Puerto Natales (approx. 6 hours).

Day 12 Puerto Natales (P. N. Torres Del Paine)

Excursion to P.N. Torres del Paine. The impressive Andean mountain is surrounded by glaciers like the Grey, waterfalls, ponds and lakes like Pehoe, with a varied flora and fauna make this place one of the best known in the world. Picnic lunch. Back to Puerto Natales, then we will stop at the Milodon Cave. Half board. Accommodation.

Day 13 Puerto Natales-Punta Arenas-Santiago de Chile

Breakfast. Transfer by regular bus to Punta Arenas (approx. 3 hrs 30 min). Departure flight to Santiago de Chile.

Day 14 Santiago de Chile- Home

Breakfast. Departure flight back home. Overnight on board.

Day 15 Home

Arrival home. End of services.
