Day 1 Amman City origin-
Flight to Amman. Arrival at Amman airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
Day 2 Amman -Jerash-Mar Muerto Petra
Breakfast and departure. En route, visit Jerash, the ancient Roman Jerash, where we will see its magnificent well-preserved ruins and contemplate through its cobbled streets, arches, temples and Roman baths.
Continue to the Dead Sea, the lowest altitude place in the world to enjoy its healing waters, which have up to four times more salt than the rest. Because of its high concentration of salinity we can enjoy the unique experience of floating in the sea (free for bath time). Arrival at PETRA, highlight of any trip to Jordan. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3 Petra
Half board. Visit the “Pink City” of Petra that is protected by a ring of impenetrable mountains, being accessible only through a narrow canyon known as the “Siq” after which we find all its extraordinary monuments carved into the rock . Dinner and overnight.
Day 4 Petra Wadi Rum -Ammán–Madaba – Mount Nebo
Breakfast and departure to the “country of Lawrence of Arabia”, the desert of Wadi Rum, where with jeeps we will travel along this magnificent natural scenery of black mountains sculpted by wind, resisting as watchmen on the pale sands. We will continue to AMMAN. En route, visit Madaba, the city of Mosaics, which has the oldest map of the Holy Land and Mount Nebo, from whose summit Moses saw the Promised Land. Arrival in the capital. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5 Amman – Jerusalem
Breakfast and departure to Israel. Border formalities and then to Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6 Jerusalem
Half board. Departure to visit Mount Scopus and the Mount of Olives, from which a full view seen of ancient Jerusalem. Later, visit of the Garden of Gethsemane with its ancient olive trees and the Basilica of All Nations.
Return to Jerusalem and tour the New Jerusalem, including the Knesset (Parliament), the Holocaust Museum and the Museum of Israel, where they are exposed famous Dead Sea Scrolls. Then visit the model of the city in times of the Second Temple and enjoy magnificent views of Ein Karem, birthplace of John the Baptist. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7 Jerusalem (Bethlehem)
Half board. In the morning we will visit the Wailing Wall, with a chance to appreciate the Jewish Shabbat rituals . Through the Via Dolorosa we will go to the Basilica of the Holy Sepulcher, Mount Zion will visit the Basilica of Dormition, the Tomb of King David and the Upper Room where the Last Supper took place. In the afternoon, drive to Bethlehem, to visit the Basilica of the Nativity, the Church of Santa Catalina and have a view over the Shepherds Field. Return to Jerusalem.
Day 8 Jerusalem – Tel Aviv – Hometown
Breakfast. Free day (possibility of optional excursion to Massada and the Dead Sea).
Late in the afternoon transfer to Tel Aviv Airport for flight back to the city of origin. Overnight on board.
Day 9 Hometown
Arrival and end of trip and services.
