Day 1: City of origen-Madrid

Departure according to the arranged flights to Madrid. Arrival to Madrid airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day: free time to explore the city.

Madrid is a cosmopolitan city and a business hub, and it has the headquarters of the central government and the residence of the Spanish Royal Family. Madrid is famous for its cultural and artistic activities, as well as its very lively nightlife.

Day 2: Madrid

Breakfast at the hotel. After that, you will visit the Madrid of the Bourbons in a city tour that includes a visit to the Royal Palace. The former residence of the Spanish Royal Family was built in the eighteenth century and is one of the most beautiful palatial complexes in Europe, including Plaza de Oriente, the Sabatini gardens and Campo del Moro gardens.

After that, you will be able to visit the Cibeles and Neptuno fountains, and the Alcalá gate. You will be able to admire great works of the nineteenth century, such as the elegant Oriente square and the Prado Museum. Discovering the contemporary Madrid will be interesting as well: Gran Vía Avenue, Paseo de la Castellana, the Salamanca area, Plaza de Castilla, etc.

Also, the modern shopping areas of Madrid are worth visiting, as well as the Toros de las Ventas square or the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Free afternoon at your disposal to discover the city, and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Madrid-Valencia

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station to take the high-speed train (AVE) with destination Valencia. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Free time at your disposal during all day, to discover the third largest city in Spain: Valencia. In terms of gastronomy, it is the region of paella, one of the most international dishes in the Spanish cuisine. In terms of history, it is believed that the Cathedral is home to the Holy Grail.

Day 4: Valencia

Visit to the City of Arts and Sciences, consisting in five main buildings by the architect Calatrava, dedicated to sciences and culture: the Hemisfèric (IMAX cinema and digital projections), the Príncipe Felipe Museum of Sciences (an innovative interactive science museum), the Oceanogràfic (the largest aquarium in Europe, home to more than 500 species) and Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía (which has an interesting opera program all along the year). The Agora offers a multifunctional space within the complex. The City of Arts and Sciences is the most important tourist attraction of Valencia, receiving four million visitors a year, and it is fascinating for both adults and children.

Day 5: Valencia-Barcelona

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station to get the high-speed train (AVE) with destination Barcelona. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Free time to explore Barcelona. Barcelona has a reputation for being the most modern, cosmopolitan and cutting-edge city in Spain and certainly it will not disappoint you: located between the sea and the mountains, you will find a great balance between tradition and modernity. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Barcelona

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning city tour. Barcelona is one of the most beautiful and vibrant cities in Spain. You will be able to visit the main points of the city, such as the Catalunya square, Via Laietana, the Cathedral and its cloister, the Gothic Quarter, the Sant Jaume square (Generalitat and Town Hall). The tour will continue around Vila Olímpica, the residential complex of athletes during the Olympic Games, and the Olympic Port, followed by the visit to Montjuic, which offers a panoramic view of the city and the harbor. The tour will finish at Poble Espanyol, which reproduces the most typical regional architecture in Spain and where you will be able to taste cava, the well renowned Catalan sparkling drink. Afternoon free to discover the city. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Barcelona-City of origen

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Barcelona airport to take your flight back home.
