Day 1

Departure to Johannesburg, according to the arranged flights.

Day 2

Arrival to the Johannesburg airport and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day at leisure (optional excursions available). Overnight stay and breakfast at Leriba Lodge, in Pretoria.

Day 3

Departure after breakfast, for a full day of sightseeing as we will travel along the Drakensberg escarpment. The scenic Panorama route will take us to the Blyde River Canyon, the Three Rondawels, the God’s Window, the Bourke’s Luck Potholes and the nostalgic village of Pilgrim’s Rest. We will continue on down the mountain into the Lowveld, a subtropical paradise of fruit. We will indulge in the beautiful nature at the misty Lone Creek waterfall before we continue to our hotel near Hazyview.
Dinner, overnight stay and breakfast at Hippo Hollow, in Hazyview.

Day 4

In the early morning, at sunrise, we will make our way into the worldwide famous Kruger National Park for a full day game drive in search of the wildlife wonders that Africa offers to her visitors in this unspoiled land where big game still roam freely. We might even spot the Big Five (Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard). At sunset, we will arrive at our rest camp for dinner and overnight stay. Optionally, you will be able to go on an open vehicle night game drive.

Day 5

Departure at sunrise for another full day filled with the search for big game. Breakfast packs on board. We will return to the rest camp late in the afternoon for dinner and the overnight stay. Optionally, you will be able to go on an open vehicle night game drive.

Day 6

We will depart from the Kruger Park and continue towards the Kingdom of Swaziland. We will visit the Ngwenya Glass Factory and open market near Mbabane. Dinner, overnight stay and breakfast at Ezulwini Sun, in Mbabane.

Day 7

We will depart after breakfast and visit the Swazi Candle Factory before continuing south towards Kwazulu Natal. After the border formalities, we will continue towards Hluhluwe. Dinner, overnight stay and breakfast at Bushlands Game Lodge, in Hluhluwe.

Day 8

After breakfast, we will travel to a famous traditional Zulu Village for a cultural experience, some dances and to learn more about the lifestyle of this proud nation. Lunch (included) will be served here as well. From here, we will continue along the sugarcane fields of the North Coast to Durban where we will arrive late in the afternoon. Overnight stay and breakfast at Holiday Inn Garden Court, in Durban.

Day 9

Morning at leisure to explore this city (optional excursions available) before your transfer to the airport to take the flight to Port Elizabeth (not included). Arrival and transfer to your hotel.

Day 10

After a short orientation tour of this city, influenced by the 1820 British Settlers, we will continue along this spectacular coast known as the garden route along Storms River and Plettenberg Bay to beautiful Knysna.
Dinner, overnight stay and breakfast at Knysna River Club, in Knysna.

Day 11

After breakfast, we will depart towards George where we will board the Outeniqua Choo Tjoe Steam Train for a scenic trip over the Kaaimans River Bridge and along the spectacular coastline to Knysna. After a cruise on the Knysna Lagoon, we will return to the hotel. The rest of the day will be at leisure.

Day 12

We will continue via the Outeniqua Pass to Oudtshoorn, known as the feather capital of the world. Visit to the famous Cango Caves as well as an Ostrich Show Farm and the Cango Wildlife Ranch and Cheetah Breeding Centre for guided tours.
Dinner, overnight stay and breakfast at Adley House, in Oudtshoorn.

Day 13

We will depart after breakfast and continue towards Mosselbay where we visit the Maritime Museum and old Post Office Tree. From here we will continue towards Swellendam and on to Cape Town to arrive in the late afternoon.
Overnight stay and breakfast at Bantry Bay Luxury Suites, in Cape Town.

Day 14

Breakfast and transfer to the Cape Town Airport to take your flight to Johannesburg. Arrival and transfer to the hotel in Johannesburg for the overnight stay.

Day 15

After breakfast, departure and transfer to the Johannesburg Airport to take your flight back home.

Day 16

Arrival at home.
