Day 01 DEPARTURE CITY – ISTANBUL

Departure according to flights scheduled to Istanbul airport. Arrival at Istanbul airport. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 02 ISTANBUL

Breakfast and free day to explore the city with the possibility of an optional excursion. Accommodation.

Day 03 ISTANBUL – CAPPADOCIA

Breakfast and free day to explore the city with the possibility of an optional excursion. Late afternoon we will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Cappadocia. Arrival to Cappadocia airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 04 CAPPADOCIA

After breakfast we will visit the Cappadocia region where St. George was born. There you can walk through the fascinating Valley Dervent. Later you will visit the underground city of Ozkonak or similar, built by the Christian communities to protect themselves from Arab attacks. After that we will stop at a workshop of carpets and kilims. In the afternoon you will visit the vineyard Pasabag. Back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight. At night optionally may attend a ceremony (sema) of whirling dervishes.

Day 05 CAPADOCIA

Breakfast. Alternatively you can do a spectacular hot air balloon ride at dawn. Or to visit the famous “Three Beauties Ürgüp ‘, where you can see the rock formations mushroom and a panorama of the town of Urgup. Then you can visit the beautiful little village of Ortahisar. Later you can visit the open air museum of Göreme which retains an impressive array of churches, chapels and monasteries carved into the rock with frescoes of the eleventh century, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Afternoon you can go for an optional tour to the village of Uchisar and spectacular volcanic landscapes of Avcilar and Güvercinlik and admire a wonderful panoramic view of the Uçhisar castle. After that we will stop at an artisan workshop decoration and jewelry. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight. at night optionally may attend a show of Turkish folk dances.

Day 06 CAPPADOCIA – ISTANBUL

Breakfast. At the indicated time we will be transferred to Cappadocia airport to board the scheduled flight to Istanbul. Arrival in Istanbul, transfer to the hotel chosen. Free day on your proposal or optional excursions Accommodation.

Day 07 ESTAMBUL

Breakfast. Free day to explore the city with the possibility of an optional excursion.

Day 08 ISTANBUL-HOME

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Istanbul airport to take your flight back home and end of our services.
